Assist in Training Sessions: Helping set up drills, providing individual feedback to players, and facilitating small-sided games.

Analyze Game Footage: Reviewing past matches to identify tactical strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement.

Manage Equipment: Ensuring that all necessary equipment is prepared for practice sessions and matches, such as balls, cones, and bibs.

Scouting: Observing and evaluating potential new players and reporting back with assessments.

Player Conditioning: Supervising conditioning workouts and warm-up routines to prepare players physically for the games.

Statistical Recording: Keeping track of player performance data, such as goals, assists, and other relevant statistics during games.

Opposition Research: Gathering information on upcoming opponents to develop tactical plans.

Communications: Acting as a liaison between the head coach and the players, as well as between the coaching staff and other parties such as team management, parents, and the media.

Player Support: Offering emotional and motivational support to players both on and off the court.

Logistics Coordination: Helping organize travel arrangements for away matches and ensuring that scheduling is handled efficiently.

Health and Safety Protocols: Ensuring that all practices and games adhere to necessary health and safety guidelines.
