Anglican Minister

Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.

Liturgical Assistance: Help prepare for services, including setting up the altar, arranging liturgical elements, and managing service bulletins.

Community Outreach: Participate in and coordinate outreach programs, and liaise with community organizations.

Event Planning: Assist with organizing church events such as retreats, picnics, and fundraising activities.

Communications: Manage the church website and social media presence, and help produce newsletters and announcements.

Educational Programs: Support in organizing and running Sunday school, Bible studies, and other educational initiatives.

Pastoral Care Tasks: Accompany the minister on pastoral visits, and assist with providing support to parishioners in need.

Volunteer Coordination: Help recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various ministries within the church.

Worship Material Preparation: Prepare hymn sheets, multimedia presentations, and other worship materials as needed.

Financial Record-Keeping: Assist with the collection, counting, and recording of financial offerings and maintain financial records.
