Baptist Preacher

Assist with organizing and planning worship services.

Help to prepare weekly bulletins and newsletters.

Maintain and update the church's website and social media pages.

Coordinate volunteer schedules for church events and community outreach.

Keep track of church supplies and order materials as needed for services and events.

Provide administrative support, such as responding to emails and answering phone calls.

Assist with financial record-keeping, such as tracking donations and expenses.

Help set up for services, including arranging chairs, setting up audio/visual equipment, etc.

Organize and catalog the church library or resources if available.

Assist in the coordination of baptismal services, weddings, funerals, and special holiday events.

Facilitate Bible study groups or church education programs if required.

Assist with pastoral care visits to sick or homebound members, under the direction of the preacher.
